Saturday Night Out

A month ago, I booked my twin friends to celebrate their birthday on Sat, 28 July 2007, cause its the Saturday before their birthday. They, being such busy people, agreed cause their calendar date was still free. It turned out to be a very auspicious date, also happened to be a full moon night!

Re. (Weather)
1) Been raining whole week, water is fortune according to our folklore.
2) The rain stopped just as we met up for a totally great experience. Even now as I am blogging, the rains are very heavy again (started in early morning).

Re. (Good deal)
3) Reputable branded undergarments warehouse sale from $5/piece just around our homes, we added to our collection for the year.

4) Got a latest version of Honda Hybrid on a late Saturday afternoon at rental port which is normally fully subscribed on wk ends.

5) Have people holding formal birthday celebration at restaurant so the birthday song was blasted, saving me from singing it to my friends.

6) Caught the National Day rehearsal helicopter fly by and fighter jets aerial acrobatics from 9th storey revolving restaurant.

7) By time we ordered our desserts, fireworks were let off with a full view from our table. We were joined by happy families from the packed restaurant to catch the fireworks display.

Cat waiting to hide under my warm bike cover after a rainy evening. 2nd cat today. First cat was unapologetic when it trotted out from under Isabella as I uncovered my super4 in the morning.

Danger

My half helmet has a detachable tinted visor. While riding home after night out just now, I flipped the visor open as it was too dark to see, and the visor detached itself and was flung onto road, far away from my reach.

I was at a loss, should I retrieve it and how should I do it in the middle of the road? Good thing was the traffic lights were red and I had a bit of time to think and all the cars, buses and bikes avoided going over the visor.

Finally when the traffic light turned green, I filtered left and went onto the traffic island, across the zebra crossing and onto the pavement till I came to the nearest possible distance from the visor. It was lying near the line between the left and middle lane. I waited till coast was clear of vehicles and ran out to retrieve the visor. It has some scratches.

Cartoon character I am .............. The week before last, dropped my mobile into toilet........Last Thursay night, chipped off my molar and ate it while chewing mentos, Tonight managed to fling my helmet visor off while flipping it open, endangering other motorists and myself. Maybe its time to visit a temple? @?!?!?! Seems like a cycle of mishaps ~~~~~~~~ ``````shall do so tomo or rather today since the clock has struck 12.

Delicious mango pudding from Thailand. Yummy! Really smooth and refreshing with a sweetness that is just right. Wish I could have it on a weekly basis... Can't have too much of a good thing on a everyday basis...far too sinful. ekekek.

Bones

Just watched an episode of "Bones". Ms. Bones can really be all scientific talk and can tell ur fortune or ill-fortune from any boney remains.

Wonder what she will say from MRI scan of my bones. haha. Hunch back in the making possibly. And she seem to reflect the females in the working world today * My opinion* that is. We are all caught up with work, strong in the believe of facts and truth. But truth be told, its presentation and perception that counts.

HP Disaster

My hp dropped into the toilet bowl on Wednesday afternoon. Have washed and air dried it?!?!?!... Will be going to HP shop to ask...Whether it is ok to turn on since my phone still under warranty.... not that it covers drop in water. But at least if I open the hp shell, the warranty will not be void?!?!

It is really nice to be out of touch for a while... back to the old days of no hp and non-instant communication. Though I will probably be in hot soup somehow or somewhat from the office emails that I am reading from home now.

Yummy

Taitai lifestyle at Esplanade with a White choc cake downed with Morroco Mint tea *Thumbs up for lovely fragrance and taste with brown sugar added* in a Victorian Environment. Heavenly is the word for the experience especially with the lovely chatter of my companions. Only about $14 per pax for a great time in a great place. The eyes are in for treats with colourful sugar-coated cupcakes and feathered costume masks adorning the walls.

Help

Would like to edit my layout but too weak in html to do so. Basically wan a header that spans the entire page width. A left and a right sidebar with the blog postings in the centre. Think once get the hang of it, should be able to change layout at will!?!?!? EKekek... Could any kind soul offer help? Thank u!!!
